Type 3 and Type 4 licenses are being included in the Loyalty Program.
2 months ago we launched the new Cohort System, together with the Loyalty Program. Many of you have already claimed both your membership badge NFT and your discount NFT. Some have redeemed the discount NFT into a voucher and used it directly on TEA Group’s store, while others have been trading them on the NFT marketplace we developed in partnership with Headline.
We have kicked off the Loyalty Program with Type 1 and Type 2 licenses and now it’s Type 3 and Type 4 licenses’ turn.
The cohort-related discounts from this 2nd phase of the Loyalty Program will become available to be claimed/redeemed on the 15th of February 2023.
Just like Type 1 and Type 2, for the time being, the focus for Type 3 and Type 4 will also be Old and Middle Age inactive licenses (i.e., those bought until 1st January 2022 or those bought from 2nd January 2022 to 30th June 2022, respectively).
In the meantime, TEA Group will start selling Type 3 devices in the upcoming days – TEA Group Europe & TEA Group North America. As you might already know, there are multiple payment options (including Planets) and the possibility to pay in instalments.
Lastly, it is important to note that special perks for Prehistoric Age and New Age, as well as for holders of currently active licenses, will be added over time.
Also, remember that:– Since perks can be accumulated (and sold) if you hold multiple qualifying licenses, we have removed the 5-license limit introduced earlier in 2022, and replaced it with a limit of 100 licenses per each type. – You are required to complete the KYC process in order to send data streams to PlanetWatch and earn Planets.

Am I automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program?No, you must opt in and accept a new set of Terms & Conditions.

Can I join the Loyalty Program at any time?You will have until 31st December 2023 to join and claim your perks. In case you wish to unsubscribe from the Loyalty Program, you have 14 days to do so, provided that you give back to PlanetWatch all the benefits you have received (membership discount NFTs and PW:Credit tokens if applicable).
Is it possible to belong to more than one cohort? Yes. You are eligible to be part of more than one cohort if:– you own different types of licenses;– you own licenses bought in different time periods = ages.
What happens if I own multiple licenses for the same Type and Age?Each owned license makes you eligible to claim one membership package. So, if you own multiple licenses for the same Type and Age you can claim multiple membership packages.
What happens to my unused license once I opt in to the Loyalty Program with it?By opting in to the Loyalty Program, your corresponding license will get activated. However, the license runtime will only start counting from the moment it is connected to a compliant sensor.
What can I do with my membership discount NFTs?You can either redeem them on TEA Group’s e-commerce store to buy a bundle/single device OR trade them on our NFT marketplace in case you don’t wish to use them (learn how here). Either way, these options may enable you to extract considerable value from your license, exceeding the value of a license refund.
Can I use more than one membership discount NFT to purchase one device?No, membership discount NFTs cannot be stacked.
